Exciting news! Gold for our first tempranillo. Named "Carmen" after a wonderful lady.
"Cherries and raspberries over a savory earthy note with a hint of liquorice and spice; all harnessed by some deft vanilla oak.
The palate is just lovely with a core of concentrated fruit sweetness and framed by perfectly judged tannins. "
We source our tempranillo fruit from high up at the cool end of the King Valley with a climate that reflects where the best Spanish Tempranillo grows.

bunches, open-fermented, racked to
French oak (38% new), after mlf 50%
racked and sulphured, 50% on lees for
a further 12 months. Deep, dense, yet
bright colour; the bouquet is all Côte-Rôtie,

meat nuances, the promise fulfilled by the
