Read James Halliday's review!
"Hand-picked, 88% crushed, 12% whole
bunches, open-fermented, racked to
French oak (38% new), after mlf 50%
racked and sulphured, 50% on lees for
a further 12 months. Deep, dense, yet
bright colour; the bouquet is all Côte-Rôtie,
with black fruits, spice, licorice and roasted
meat nuances, the promise fulfilled by the
medium- to full-bodied palate. 14% alc."
