The establishment of the Friends of del Rios wine club aims to bring friends and family together through wine. We make this as easy as possible, by conveniently delivering a variety of the finest wines the del Rios have to offer, directly to your door.

By joining our wine club, you simply commit to purchasing twelve bottle or six bottle packs of specially selected wines twice a year (dispatched in April & October) - choose from three different variety packs (red, white and mixed). It's perfect for people with busy schedules and our members will also enjoy a range of exclusive special offers and discounts.

What do you mean by 'mix' pack?

Our mix pack offers a variety of specially selected reds and whites. This pack is great for people who want to try a little bit of everything. The wines included are carefully selected by our winemaker, so that you have the perfect wine to enjoy in all the seasons.


How often will I receive a wine club delivery?

Members will receive their wine club package twice a year.


When will my package be dispatched?

We will dispatch your wine club package in April and October. Once members have signed up, they will receive an email clearly outlining when their next delivery is expected to be dispatched. Members can expect to receive their package within 5 working days of the dispatch date.


Can I purchase additional wines to be delivered with my wine club package?

Yes, members will have the option to purchase additional wines (in lots of 6 or 12) on top of their wine club package. In order to do this, please send an email to advising us of the additional wines you wish to include for your delivery. Members can preview the list of available wines from the "our wines" section of our website. If members choose to purchase additional wines for their delivery, they must inform us at least 2 weeks before the dispatch date (30/4/18).


Can I edit the wines in my wine club pack?

We acknowledge that our members have different wine preferences. We offer the option to edit up to 3 bottles for 12 bottle packs and 1 bottle for 6 bottle packs. The replacement wines are subject to availability of stock and we must be advised at least 2 weeks prior to dispatch (30/4/18). Prices of the package may vary, depending on the replacement wines chosen. Packs can be edited by emailing . Simply send us an email advising us which wines you wish to remove from the pack and we will provide you with a list of the wines that are available for replacement.


Am I able to choose a different pack?

Yes, we want our members to have the flexibility to experience our fine assortment of reds, whites and mixed packages. Simply send an email to at least 2 weeks prior to the dispatch date (30/4/18), advising us of your new preferred package, and we will update your order accordingly.


When will my credit card be charged?

For the delivery of this upcoming wine club package, your credit card will be billed on 16/4/18, which is 2 weeks before the package will be dispatched on 30/4/18.


How do I receive wine club member discounts on other purchases?

For discounts at the cellar door and restaurant, members will simply have to provide their membership number. Do not worry, we promise you your membership number will be easy to remember and unique to every one of our members. You will receive your membership number via email once you officially sign up.


Are my credit card details secure?

No credit card information is ever stored on our servers. We use Pin Payments, one of the most secure and reputable payment processors available. As a Level 1 Service Provider, Pin Payment's software, systems and procedures have been assessed and certified to the highest level of compliance provided by the PCI Data Security Standards. All requests to our website are forced to use HTTPS to ensure encrypted communications.

To be eligible for the wine club, members must be over the age of 18. By agreeing to these terms & conditions, members are authorising del Rios Winery to debit their credit card for the total of the ordered wine package, 2 weeks prior to the dispatch date. Members understand that they are committed to receiving 2 deliveries of wine (6 bottle pack or 12 bottle pack) per year to be dispatched in April and October. Members understand that if they sign up to the wine club after the billing date (16/4/18 or 16/10/18), their first delivery will be in the following 6 months. Members understand that it is their duty to update their; credit card details, delivery address, billing address, contact email, phone number (so they are most up to date) via email to . Members understand that they will receive the same wine club package as they last previously selected/received unless they send an email to advising them of their change of preference. Members understand that they will continue to be billed as a wine club member until they terminate their membership in writing to .
