We are open for lunch on the weekend and for Friday dinner. 

Lunch bookings start from 11:30am and final seating is 2:30pm.

For group bookings of 10 or more there are three options; pre-order food for the whole group, $50 set menu and $70 set menu. Please notify us after booking of any allergies and dietary requirements. If children are also coming, please don't include in your booking and notify us on one of the below channels.

**Given current COVID restrictions we have very limited seating inside. Our balcony is covered with wrap around glass wind protection, and equally stunning views! If it is cold we also have blankets and gas heaters.**


The Dream

Driven by their passion for great food and wine Gus and Esther del Rio with their 3 sons Andres, Joshua and Marcus purchased the property in 1994 and the first vines were planted in 1996.

All aspects of the production process are critical to creating a premium product. Over time we have built the cabilities to control and evolve the entire process.

There are currently 18 hectares of vines planted to Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Chardonnay, Sauignon Blanc, and Marsanne. We also source the highest quality grapes from grape growers across Australia.

The fully equipped winery built on-site allows us to beautifully craft our wine. We have a large range of tanks allowing individual parcels of wines to be processed. We exclusively use french oak in the maturing process.
