Our kitchen showcases the best of estate and local seasonal produce, blending both contemporary and traditional Spanish cuisine. On the Estate, we farm both Scottish Black Angus beef and Texel Friesian cross lamb. Just like with our wine, our ability to control the entire process allows us to produce excellent meat texture and taste in an environmentally friendly manner.
The dining experience is unique offering the free-range pasture fed beef and lamb on the menu curated to complement our extensive and award winning del Rios wine portfolio. The tapas style menu is designed to be shared between family and friends.
Damiana del Rio, more affectionately known as ‘Yaya’, is a nonagenarian and matriarch of the family. There is no better finish to a meal than her Spanish Churros, prepared fresh in-house each day. If you are lucky, she will come greet you and show off her photo album of her ever-growing family!
