A complex but elegant expression of red fruit and cherries. There are hints of Portobello mushroom, cloves and vanilla that integrate seamlessly. The long finish is defined by gorgeous velvety tannins.

Production notes
Produced utilising wild fermentation and is a combination of destemmed fruit in small open fermentation tanks that were delicately plunged and whole bunch fruit fermented in closed tanks that underwent traditional carbonic maceration. Barrels selected for aroma, fruit intensity for this small parcel label.
