Q. What is a 'Crianza' Tempranillo?
A. In the context of Tempranillo wine, ‘Crianza’ refers to a classification of red wines that are aged for at least one year, with six months spent in oak barrels. Crianza Tempranillos are known for their round, fruity, and balanced taste. They are often aged in used oak barrels, which imparts a subtle oak flavor to the wine.
